Starting the Online Registration Process

To begin the Online Registration process, you will need to upload the following documents:

  • A copy of the student’s birth certificate or other proof of identity

  • A current immunization record

  • Two proofs of residence, such as:

    • A rental or lease agreement

    • A current utility bill

    • A property tax statement

  • Proof of custody (if applicable)

Important: For the best experience, please use a desktop or laptop computer rather than a smartphone.

New to Henry County Schools?

Note: If your child has ever attended a Henry County school in the past, they are considered a returning student, not a new student.

After You Register

Once you've submitted your registration, the school registrar will review your information and contact you if there are any issues or missing documents.

Need Help or Computer Access?

If you need assistance completing the registration or do not have access to a computer, please contact your child’s school to arrange a time to use a registration kiosk.

Parents of Current Students

All 8th-grade students currently enrolled at the following schools and transitioning to E.W. Grove School for 9th grade are considered Current Students for registration purposes:

  • Dorothy and Noble Harrelson Elementary School

  • Henry Elementary School

  • Lakewood Elementary School

  • W.O. Inman Middle School

If you already have an active ParentVUE account, you can log in and begin the registration process at this designated registration link

Tip: For the best experience, we recommend completing the online registration using a desktop or laptop computer instead of a smartphone.

Don’t Have a ParentVUE Account?

If you do not yet have a ParentVUE account, you’ll need an activation key to set one up. You can get an activation key by:

  • Calling your child's school:

    • Dorothy and Noble Harrelson Elementary School, 731-227-2101

    • Henry Elementary School, 731-227-2067

    • Lakewood Elementary School, 731-644-1600

    • E.W. Grove School, 731-642-5232

    • Henry County High School, 731-642-5232

  • Emailing the Director of Student Management at kibblerd@henryk12.net (include your child’s full name and school of enrollment)

Once you have your activation key, go to the ParentVUE login page to begin registration.
At the login screen, click “More Options” and then choose “Activate Account.”

Need Computer Access or Additional Help?

Each school in the Henry County School System has registration kiosks available for parents or guardians.
To use one, please call your child’s school and schedule a time to complete the registration.

Use this form to request a transfer between our elementary schools within the district (Henry, DN Harrelson, Lakewood). Please note, continue attending your current school until your request has been approved.

Welcome to the Henry County School System Online Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year!  

REGISTRATION FOR THE 26-27 SCHOOL YEAR OPENS JULY 1, 2026

To make things easier for families, we offer online registration. This system helps reduce the amount of paperwork needed at the beginning of the school year for current and returning students.

Who is Considered a “Current Student”?

A current student is:

  • A student who was enrolled in a Henry County School during the 2025–2026 school year and completed the school year in the district.

In addition, incoming 9th-grade students from the following schools are also considered "current students" for the purpose of registration:

  • Dorothy and Noble Harrelson Elementary School

  • Henry Elementary School

  • Lakewood Elementary School

  • W.O. Inman Middle School (students moving to E.W. Grove School)

Online Registration is the process that allows parents and guardians to complete the enrollment/registration process online for returning students as well as students who will be new to our school system.  We welcome you and your participation in this process.

Who is a “Returning Student”?

A returning student is:

  • A student who was enrolled in the Henry County School System in the past, but did not complete the previous school year in the district.

Example: A student who attended a Henry County school in kindergarten but moved to another district (such as the Paris Special School District) for grades 1–8 and is now returning would be considered a "returning student."

What is Online Registration?

Online registration allows parents and guardians to complete enrollment for:

  • Current students

  • Returning students

  • New students joining the district

We’re excited to welcome all students and families and encourage your participation in this simplified process.

Open Enrollment

The Henry County School System provides an open enrollment period during which parents or guardians may choose to enroll their child(ren) in a Henry County School for which they are not zoned provided that the school has available space. Parents will be responsible for providing transportation to and from school for their child(ren).
